Family
Here is a page with some pictures of that, what is most important to me - my family. Therefore I belong to a threatened species in Denmark: The fulltime mothers.
Baking
Somebody once told me that a working mother could not welcome her children after school with warm muffins. I go even further: I do not only bake the muffins (and bread!!), I even mill the grain. Here are some recipes. If you have questions or additional ideas, please mail!
Books
As a former librarian I do off course like to read (whenever I find the time). Apart from the many cooking- and bakingbooks, there is an increasing number of books about raising children, to in the evening, in bed I'll walk across dead bodies: Then it is crimetime. Any good titles? Please mail me!
Finding friends
As our guestbook shows, our door is always open to old and new friends. I will then take care of them with good bread and discover Denmark in their company.
