Finding freinds

I have spend my life at many different places. This made me leave many behind, but it also gave me many lasting freindships.

Apart from this I have always, regardless of my place of living, tried to find freinds. Now while in a foreign country the connection to Germany is of course more important than ever, because I would like to give my home country, my language and my culture to my children.

An exellent help in this connection is the coalition Deutschsprachiger im Ausland (IDA).

In a number of mailing-lists information about problems and experiences raised by life abroad are exchanged.

In addition to this IDA will work for our interests and support the peacefull cooperation between cultures, based on mutual understanding.

As language, freindships and understanding between nations is important for me, I try as a regional representative for Denmark, to bring out information about this cooperation, and through this work I have found new freinds.
